We develop inference methods to characterize tissues at single-cell resolution, integrating microscopy with multi-omics data. Our core interest is to model the mapping between two distinct aspects: the high-dimensional geometry of gene expression and the physical geometry of living tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We currently collaborate with several biology labs such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibdm.univ-amu.fr\/team\/genetic-control-of-heart-development\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ibdm.univ-amu.fr\/team\/genetic-control-of-heart-development\/\">Kelly lab<\/a> (cardiac development) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibdm.univ-amu.fr\/fr\/team\/polarisation-et-decisions-binaires-du-destin-cellulaire-dans-le-systeme-nerveux\/\">Bertrand lab<\/a> (C. elegans) in Marseille, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghavihelmlab.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ghavihelmlab.com\">Ghavi-Helm lab<\/a> (Drosophila development) in Lyon.
